MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW
You have probably heard the phrase, "If it's not documented,
it's not done." Ongoing review of your medical records is critical to ensure
an accurate information system. Consultants will target critical areas to
track and ensure compliance over time. Some of these hot spots include
restraints, wound management, psychotropic medications, side rail use, the
interdisciplinary care planning process, and many others. Follow-up visits
